Items must be brought back to JL The Boutique within 7 days of the customer having purchased the item (s). A receipt (paper, email or text) must be provided. All in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only used in-store.
Absolutely no refunds will be given.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all JL The Boutique and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of purchase, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit.
At JL The Boutique, we're constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We can only exchange the same item in a different size (if available). In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold.
If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to bring the merchandise back to our store. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits for not expire.

What about shipping?
Domestic ground shipping varies by size/weight. Free shipping is available for orders $50 or more. Expedited shipping can be arranged at additional cost. Please call us for more information. Shipping to international destinations can also be arranged.
We will endeavor to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt and will provide you with tracking information by email. Should you not receive your purchase within seven days, please call us.
