How do I find an item on the website?

Use the search bar at the top of the screen and input a keyword, such as black, tote, handbag, Tops, FreePeople, Hudson Denim etc. You can also browse through the website and narrow the focus with the filters on the right side of the page.

What if an item is not available?

Check our site often as we post new items daily! You can also email specific item requests to us for entry into our system for reference. We'll let you know if we receive what you're seeking right away.

Is my information secure?

We take security very seriously and do not share private information with any parties. Our servers are secured with state-of-the-art software

What is our return policy?

Items must be sent back to JL The Boutique within 14 days of the customer having purchased the item (s).  A receipt (email or text) must be provided.  All online store returns will be issued a store credit that can be used online.  All store credits expire in 3 months at the time of the return/exchange.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Absolutely no refunds will be given.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all JL The Boutique and product tags attached.  Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of purchase, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exchanges

At JL The Boutique, we're constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities.  We can only exchange the same item in a different size (if available). In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold.

If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to ship the merchandise back to our online store.  We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return.  That way, you may use the store credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.  Store credits expire 6 months from the time of return/exchange.

What about shipping?

Domestic ground shipping varies by size/weight. Free shipping is available for orders $100 or more.  Expedited shipping can be arranged at additional cost. Please call us for more information. Shipping to international destinations can also be arranged.

We will endeavor to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt and will provide you with tracking information by email. Should you not receive your purchase within seven days, please call or email us.
